- Application of the General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded through the **Prego** website. Placing an order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, **Prego** cannot be held liable.
- Price
Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), but excluding delivery charges. **Prego** reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the website on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
- Order
The order is validated when the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose and confirms their payment. **Prego** confirms the order by sending an email to the customer. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order.
- Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are listed on the **Prego** website. In the event of non-payment, **Prego** reserves the right to cancel the sale.
- Delivery
Delivery times are estimated at 4 to 5 business days. **Prego** makes every effort to meet these deadlines. However, **Prego** cannot be held liable for any delivery delays.
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their items to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
- Returns and refunds
Items must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing for their resale as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. **Prego** undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Responsibility
**Prego** cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. **Prego** will not be held responsible in the event of a clear discrepancy between the product's specifications and its description.
- Intellectual property
All elements of the **Prego** website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of **Paolo Sellini**. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio.
- Personal data
